Yes, all of our cleaning staff are professionally trained, background-checked, bonded, and fully insured to ensure trustworthy and reliable service every time. 

No, we bring our own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment to every appointment.

*If you prefer we use specific products (for allergies or sensitivities), just let us know during your consultation. 

We conduct regular inspections and follow-up reviews to ensure our cleaning services meet the highest standards. We work closely with you to make any necessary adjustments and maintain consistent quality. 

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit. 

Yes, there are certain services we do not provide to ensure the safety of our team and the quality of our work. We do NOT offer the following services:

• Carpet cleaning or shampooing
• Interior or exterior window cleaning
• Maid or housekeeping services, such as:
  - Washing dishes
  - Doing laundry
  - Making beds or changing sheets
• Organizational or decluttering services
• Biohazard cleaning, including:
  - Human or pet waste
  - Blood or bodily fluids
• Cleaning inside washers, dryers, or dishwashers
• Cleaning of air ducts or interior vents
• Disassembling furniture or shower door seals
• Removing permanent stains from furniture, flooring, cabinets, or carpets
• Exterior home cleaning such as garages, decks, or patios
• Washing walls (due to the sensitive nature of different paints)
• Cleaning blinds (We provide light dusting as an add on)
• Hand-scrubbing or steam-cleaning floors

Definitely! We work closely with you to create a customized cleaning plan that addresses your specific needs and preferences.  

To confirm your appointment, we require a deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due in full at the end of your appointment, prior to our team’s departure.

We accept payments by credit/debit card, ApplePay, Venmo or cash.

Payment terms for commercial cleaning services are outlined in your service agreement. Invoices are typically issued based on the agreed-upon schedule — such as weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — with payment due according to those terms. 

We operate under service agreements for all commercial cleaning clients. More frequent services—such as daily cleanings—typically come with a minimum contract duration, but we offer flexibility within that agreement to meet your business’s needs. For less frequent services, like biweekly or monthly cleanings, we still require a service agreement, but the contract duration tends to be more flexible.
