Our pricing is based on several factors. We aim to provide personalized services that will fit your budget and address all your cleaning needs.
Yes. We pride ourselves on providing a hassle-free experience. Our team brings top-notch supplies and equipment to ensure your space receives the meticulous cleaning it deserves.
Payment is due on the day of service immediately following completion of your cleaning session. Automatic payments for stored debit/credit cards are preferred for a seamless and convenient option to avoid fees or interruption in services. We also accept Venmo, Cash App, Apple Cash, cash and checks as certified funds only, e.g., money order or cashier's check, if the service is paid in full prior to commencement of cleaning session. We do not bill for services. Late fees and outside collections activity will apply for unpaid balances.
It's recommended to schedule the cleaning service a week or more before the move out-move in date.
The duration of the cleaning service depends on the size and condition of the property. We will provide an estimated time based on your specific circumstances.
You can mix and match any cleaning task from our Basic Cleaning Package, "Spotless Serenity", to create your ultimate personalized cleaning. Need something more than Basic cleaning but not an entire house cleaning? Add in a minimum of 2 "Upgrades" options and build your personalized service that way! Just let us know your preferences and we will build your cleaning plan your way!
While we pride ourselves on offering a wide range of customizable services, it's important to note that there a few services we do not provide. These includes: (not an exhaustive list)
We accept cancellations or reschedule request up to 48 hours in advance. After 48 hours, there is a nonrefundable cancellation fee.
Yes! We offer a 24-hour Satisfaction Guarantee referred to as: The McClean Way. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, we will make it right with a FREE re-clean.
